Zombie AI Video Generator is operated by Core Matrix, LLC, a limited liability company registered in Delaware, United States.

Using the service

Zombie AI Video Generator makes a 15-second AI zombie love story from two adult photos, in 16:9 or 9:16 with generated sound: a cabin standoff cuts to an embrace in a sunlit wheat field. The preset calls for a prop gun that never fires, with no blood or wounds. The service does not provide or recreate an original song or music-video footage and does not clone voices. Outputs are synthetic and may differ from expectations. Do not present a generated scene as evidence of a real event. You are responsible for having permission to upload and transform a person's photo.

Do not upload photos of minors or celebrities. Only submit photos of adults who have permitted this use.

Do not use the service for impersonation, harassment, fraud, sexual exploitation, or attempts to access another person's account or files. Follow the input restrictions displayed in the generator.

Accounts and credits

When sites operated by Core Matrix, LLC share an account system, your account, credit balance, orders and stored creations can be available on those sites after you sign in separately. Login cookies are limited to the current domain.

Protect your account credentials. The generator displays the configured credit cost before submission. Available one-time credit packs, their prices and credit amounts are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by .

Credit packs are one-time purchases and are charged only once. Credits in these packs do not expire.

A checkout return page does not confirm payment. Credits are added after the server receives and validates the payment notification. Failed generation tasks are handled through the job and credit system; a credit reversal is different from a cash refund.

Refunds

You may request a full refund within 7 days of a credit-pack purchase if none of the credits granted by that payment have been used. Include your order number and account email when contacting us. Once approved, the refund is returned through to the original payment method; your bank determines when it appears.

If any credits from that payment have been used, contact us for an individual review. We do not promise a proportional refund for used credit packs. Failed generations restore the credits used; this is separate from a cash refund. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

For duplicate charges, missing credits, refunds or other concerns, email [email protected], or use Support tickets when signed in. Include your order number if relevant; never send payment card details or passwords. Core Matrix, LLC reviews requests through these channels.
